The word 'God Particle' first time came known world when a book in 1993 ''The God Particle : if the Universe is the Answer , What is the Question '' .though scientists are not satisfied with this name .

After a huge and intense labour experiments held in Franco-Swiss border,CERN has announced a revolutionary declaration by using large Hadron Collider (LHC) experiments result on July 4,2014. Scientists founded a particle which was earlier unidentified and this could be ''Higgs-Boson'' particles and is famous as the God Particle.
What is God particle.
The famous Higgs-Boson or Highs particle is known as God Particle.
It's a theoretical elementary particle predicted to exist by standard Model of particle physics.experiments in search of Higgs-Boson leds in the discovery of a new ,previously unknown Boson during 2012,However ,contrary to widespread misreporting,the new particle is still being studied to learn whether it is the Higgs-Boson or not. Confirmation that Higgs Boson exist would be monumental since it would be finally prove the presence of Highs field, the standard model's explanation of why some fundamental particles have mass symmetries controlling their interaction should require them to be massless, and why the weak force has a the final unconfirmed part of the standard model, guide other theories and discoveries in particle physics, and potentially over time lead to the development in 'new' physics, and new technology.
In standard model of Higgs particle, it it's a Boson with no spin, electric charge, or colour. It's not stable also, decaying into other particles almost immediately. It is a quantum excitation of one component of the four component Highs field a scalar field With two neutral and isospin SU(2) symmetry. The field has a 'Mexican hat' shaped potential with non zero strength everywhere (including otherwise empty space) which in its vaccine state breaks the weak isospin symmetry of electroweak interaction. When this happens, three components of the Highs field are 'absorbed' by the SU(2) and U(l) gauge bosons (the Higgs mechanism) to become the longitudinal components of the now-massive W and Z bosons of the weak force. The remaining electrically neutral components separately couples to other particles known as fermions, causing these to acquire mass as well. Some version of Highs field and Bosons. Alternative 'Higgsless' models need to be considered if the Higgs-Boson is not discovered.
