Let's see about AdSense, if you had created your blog or site and do not have enough visitors or views to affiliate on Google AdSense. Because Google AdSense is only the place where you can get highest paid , so you have follow the below steps.

1] Firstly you have to create a gmail account ( note: select the above 18 yrs)  and then sign in.

2] Then go to youtube.com and now YouTube will
automatically sign in through your Google account.

3] Then in YouTube go to setting and then click on " enable" on monetization
setting.

4] Then it goes to new page which
shows in blue " Enable monetization"
and a pop option will show then select
mark on all the box and then click on "got it".

5] Then again go to your youtube setting and then view monetization
setting 6 - Then see a last 2 questions
i.e.  " how i will paid ".

7] Then click on that question and then click on option "associate an adsense account".

8] Then opening a next page and
click on next or change and then it
redirect to log in page , and select " yes to proceed Google account sign in "or you can select different Google sign in.Then it goes to adsense form and fill-up all form.(please put correct postal code , and
your house number on the first address option. )

9] Then submit your application and
wait only for 1 hr and see, your account is
approved. That's good!!!

10] NOTE: DON'T UPLOAD ANY VIDEO
BEFORE APPLING.  APPLY THE GOOGLE ADSENSE
WITHOUT VIDEO UPLOAD.

11] HOW TO SHOW ADS IN BLOG?
After your Google adsense approval , go to Google adsense
account setting and then see on the bottom and click then on
"site management " and now put your blog name and save it.
12] Then go to blogger and sign in to your blogger account,
then go to earning tab,and select " get started" or " switched adsense account " then proceed to Google sign in then accept association and it will say" sucessfully widget added " .If you have different gmail accounts then use different Google sign in and  then wait for about 10 min, sign out your blog and see ads.
( never click by your own, otherwise Google AdSense will disqualify you to use AdSense anymore and there is no other program to give you highest paying. So be carefool!!!! )
