 Make your PC talk without any software just follow the steps given below:-
Steps
1. Open Notepad.

2. Now Copy and paste the code given below as it is.

Dim Message, Speak
Message=InputBox("Enter text","Speak")
Set Speak=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
Speak.Speak Message

3. Now save this text file , select All Types in Save as Type
option, and save the file as Speak.vbs or "*.vbs".

4. Now open this saved, type something in enter text column and click OK .
Now your Computer will speak what you typed in that enter column.
